While attempting to update the account sync functionality to leverage the new MET/SUPPORT Gold backend system, changes were identified in some AWS functionality that was leveraged to deploy these tools. As a result, further work is needed before we will be able to sync users to Cubyt again. In the meantime, if there are specific procedures you need access to, please contact Technical Support at softwaresupport@flukecal.com and provide your current MET/SUPPORT Gold number in the original email.

Broken procedures downloads have been resolved. New data will be synced to Cubyt beginning on Monday, November 18th, 2024 to allow time for remaining data migrations to complete.

The knowledge base article for MET/SUPPORT Gold registration (https://my.fluke.com/en-us/article/KA-03972) has been updated to reflect the new steps for this process. Existing Gold registrations should be automatically migrated to the new system by the end of this week. The PIN required for new user registrations for existing Gold contracts can be obtained from Technical Support at softwaresupport@flukecal.com, but we are working on sending out this information proactively as well.

The latest user data cannot yet be synced to Cubyt at this time, so please continue to reach out to Technical Support for any specific procedures in the meantime. Additionally, procedures updated after Oct 31, 2024 are currently unable to be downloaded. Technical Support can also assist with these.

Earlier today, the Fluke Calibration website at flukecal.com was redirected to the newly combined site at fluke.com. This impacted access to the MET/SUPPORT Gold registration process. An updated knowledge base article will be published with the new process for this shortly, and existing members will have their data migrated. In the interim, changes to access to the procedure library in Cubyt are not possible.
